Site Selection
We are actively looking for future development sites in the Atlanta and Nashville metropolitan areas. Specifically the following:
- 1.5 to 10.0 acres in size. Larger sites will be considered if they can be purchased in phases.
- Located adjacent to or within walking distance of neighborhood retail or public parks.
- We build at a density of 8 to 10 units per acre, and the property must be able to be zoned accordingly.
- Single family lot prices in the immediate area above $100,000. New single family home prices in the immediate area above $300,000.
- Significant new condominium or town home development in the area is a plus.
- All brokers protected.
