Located on Holcomb Bridge Road in the city of Norcross, the Cottages are a short walk to the historic downtown's many shops and restaurants.
The cottages feature hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, cozy dining areas and fireplaces. Living rooms and master bedrooms each have expansive porches that overlook small private gardens and the larger common green.
All homes have three bedroom and 2½ baths, and all have two car garages accessed by a rear alley. Exterior landscaping is provided by the association; no exterior maintenance is required of the homeowners.
These homes are designed for discriminating one- and two-person households, with all of the amenities with the level of quality construction that you'd expect to find in the finest and largest new homes.

Wingo Street Cottages Ready for immediate occupancy
From the low $300's
We are developing a unique pocket neighborhood of 15 homes on Wingo Street in the heart of Historic Norcross. The community is patterned directly after the historic "bungalow courtyards" popular in California in the 1930’s, and will be the first cottage community of its kind in the Atlanta area.
The Wingo Street Cottages incorporate two existing historic bungalows, as well as thirteen of our new cottages. The cottages will feature a high level of detail and quality of construction, with nine foot ceilings, hardwood floors, wood fireplaces, stainless appliances, maple shaker cabinets, and ample storage. All new homes have three bedrooms, with the kitchen, living spaces, and master on the main, and with two bedrooms, one to two baths, and generous loft spaces above. Architecturally they will be built to compliment the existing cottages and craftsman homes in the neighborhood, and will blend in well with other downtown buildings.
Every cottage overlooks a small private garden onto the heavily landscaped common green, which is filled with extensive flower beds and historic, old-growth trees. Cars are kept to the perimeter via a private alley.
The cottages are largely maintenance free: all exterior maintenance and landscaping is covered by the HOA.
